Salma Rachid is out of the running to become Arab Idol. Tonight she didnt get enough votes. With Parwas Hussein from Iraq Kurdistan she left the show. Salma had a beautiful strong voice. Even she's just eighteen years old she is a woman on top! Her performance, smile and voice were the reason why she came so far in this show. Salma is so humble and kind, the judges will miss here. I am going to miss her. Every Friday she made a good show and sang beautiful songs. I wish her the best and I cant wait to hear more of Salma Rachid. She definitely is the voice of Morocco. 

Does she get a special welcome back when she arrives in Morocco?

Ahmed is representing Egypt at Arab Idol. He is doing it very great. He's funny, knows what kind of songs he should sing and he's motivated. I love that he is calm and sings hard songs with such class. Ahmed is a sound to remember forever.


His best performance was 'Sawwah' from 
legend and fellow Egyptian Abdel Halim Hafez.I listen this song 10 times a day. I am addicted to Ahmeds version of the song

Ahmed sang this song 10 days before the second revolution in Egypt (30th of June). This song makes me cry. He describes Egypt and the love for it. The song was original from Abdelhalim Hafez.









With Farrah Yousef from Syria he did a mash up remix. The songs that were mixed were; Elli Tmanetoh - Nawal el Zoghbi and Habibi Ya Nour El Ain - Amr Diab. The remix was amazing!!! On YouTube there are millions of views for this clip. Worth it !

The reason why...

The reason why I love Arab Idol so much?

Its because unite all the Arabic countries. Even there is war and so much drama in the Middle East. Arab Idol keeps us together. In the music we connect, the candidats are young and full of joy. Abdelkarim Hamdan (Syria) and Mohamed Assaf (Palestina) are the candidats that bring joy to their countries. Arab Idol is not a political game; its all about the music and the happiness in it.

On Sunday Kim Kardashian had her babyshower. She is almost done with being pregnant and thats why her sisters Kourtney and Khloe and mom Kris Jenner organised a babyshower. Yes there were celebs like Kelly Osbourne and Mel.B to celebrate Kims pregnancy. Even Kims baby daddy Kanye West came with some family members. The female guests wore flower headbands.

And on the first episode of the new season of Keeping Up with the Kardashians Kim announced thats she is expecting a GIRL

Paris Jackson (15), daughter of the King of Pop Michael Jackson might took a overdose reported TMZ. She's now in the hospital and stable . What actually happened is not clear yet. 
According to some rumours she did this because she's done with all the fighting about who's fault it is that her father died. And maybe because she's not so close with brother Prince because she is seeing her mother Debbie again. Debbie gave up on Prince and Paris when they were toddlers after her divorce from Michael Jackson. For a girl thats just 15 years old its very heavy. I hope she well get soon better. She might be a daughter of Michael Jackson but she is also a human being. No one deserves to feel pain or live sadly.

Arab Idol 31 may and 1 june: WHAT HAPPENED?

Again it was amazing. The dresses, the singers, the judges, the songs, everything was GOOD!
Cheb Khaled, King of Rai had the honour to open the show. He sang 'C'est La Vie' from his latest album c'est la vie. With a lot of dancers he was on stage. Nancy Ajram and Ragheb Alama were singing with the King Of Rai. After his performance the judges give Cheb Khaled a shoutout for his career and contribution to the whole music world. Cheb Khaled is an artist on a worldwide stage! Everywhere in the world knows him. I hope that he will sing forever! Ahlam Al Shamsi said something remarkable; she congratulated Cheb Khaled on his new baby boy. In 2012 Khaleds wife Samira give birth to the fourth daughter Jannah and now they have a mini Khaled!

Abdelkarim Hamdan; Syrian Star

So sad that you left Arab Idol. Youre not the winner but you are a star with a great voice. Syria is proud of you! Keep  singing and smiling. Bravo Abdelkarim Hamdan

Yesterday Abdelkarim Hamdan left Arab Idol. He did not get enough votes for the next round. After hearing the sad news Abdelkarim was smiling like always. He was in the danger zone with Ziad Khoury (lebanon) and Ahmed Gamal (Egypt). They were nervous and even Ahmed cried a little. They were so close to the final. Sadly Abdelkarim didn't get enough votes and Ziad and Ahmed are still in the competition.

 The judges reacted sadly and wished him all the luck. Ragheb said that because of the problems in Syria, he didnt get enough votes. But still Syria can be proud of him. He represented his country very good. The only Syrian in the race is Farrah Yousef, after hearing that Abdelkarim left Arab Idol she cried. Now its on here to keep Syria in the race.
