Seizoen drie van de populaire tv show Arab Idol gaat binnenkort van start. Voordat het derde seizoen op televisie wordt getoond is er al genoeg om over te praten. 

De vaste kijker zal verbaast opkijken als hij opmerkt dat Ragheb Alama niet meer achter de desk zit. Wael Kfoury, Libanese zanger en voormalig X-Factor jurylid, heeft Alama vervangen. Wat door Alama is af gedaan als een juiste beslissing om de show te verlaten wordt stelling tegen bewezen door zijn eigen styliste! Tatiana Maouad werd maanden geleden door Ragheb aangenomen om hem zo goed mogelijk te kleden voor alle optredens en vooral voor zijn aanwezigheid bij Arab Idol. Dagen voordat het officieel bekend werd dat Ragheb zou stoppen als jurylid plaatste de styliste op Instagram al foto's die zijn afwezigheid aankondigden. Velen denken dat Raghebs onenigheid met jurylid de reden is van zijn vertrek. Ragheb reageerde op Twitter en gaf aan dat het niets te maken heeft met de overige juryleden (Nancy Ajram, Hassan el Shafei, Ahlam red.). Ahlam reageerde blij op het nieuws dat Wael Kfoury het nieuwe lid was van de jury. Nancy probeerde Ragheb over te halen om toch nog te blijven, maar dat was niet genoeg voor de zanger.. Hassan heeft als enige niet gereageerd op het nieuws.

Mohammed Assaf from Palestine is the winner. His beautiful voice did his work.
Mohammed was known as a hard worker who mentioned is country Palestine in the songs,
a lot. The story about this amazing talent is special.

Who's is Mohammed Assaf?
Mohammed grew up in the refugee camp Khan Younes in Gaza. He loved singing and decided to do audition for Arab Idol. He's just 23 years old and since his participation in Arab Idol a big star! His parents are his big support. They were often in the audience for their son.

He was late for his audition. After 2 days of traveling he finally arrived to do an audition. But he was late! He tried to get in and with succes. If he did give up he would never win Arab Idol or make his country happy.

Mohammed Assaf is worldwide a hot topic. In the news they describe his title of Arab Idol as joy for whole Palestine. On video's you can see how happy the people were when they heard Mohammed Assaf became Arab Idol. Besides a platinum record contract he now has a diplomatic passport to travel for his career. It is so amazing that he is getting this chance. He is also an ambassador of the refugees. in the name of united nations

For his country he sang at his best and the thanked his country as first. The love for his country is big and he did not free Palestine but he let them be known as a beautiful country full of talent. They deserve to be happy!

THE YOUNG WOMAN WITH A GREAT VOICE

Salma Rachid is out of the running to become Arab Idol. Tonight she didnt get enough votes. With Parwas Hussein from Iraq Kurdistan she left the show. Salma had a beautiful strong voice. Even she's just eighteen years old she is a woman on top! Her performance, smile and voice were the reason why she came so far in this show. Salma is so humble and kind, the judges will miss here. I am going to miss her. Every Friday she made a good show and sang beautiful songs. I wish her the best and I cant wait to hear more of Salma Rachid. She definitely is the voice of Morocco. 

Does she get a special welcome back when she arrives in Morocco?

Ahmed is representing Egypt at Arab Idol. He is doing it very great. He's funny, knows what kind of songs he should sing and he's motivated. I love that he is calm and sings hard songs with such class. Ahmed is a sound to remember forever.


His best performance was 'Sawwah' from 
legend and fellow Egyptian Abdel Halim Hafez.I listen this song 10 times a day. I am addicted to Ahmeds version of the song

Ahmed sang this song 10 days before the second revolution in Egypt (30th of June). This song makes me cry. He describes Egypt and the love for it. The song was original from Abdelhalim Hafez.









With Farrah Yousef from Syria he did a mash up remix. The songs that were mixed were; Elli Tmanetoh - Nawal el Zoghbi and Habibi Ya Nour El Ain - Amr Diab. The remix was amazing!!! On YouTube there are millions of views for this clip. Worth it !

The reason why...

The reason why I love Arab Idol so much?

Its because unite all the Arabic countries. Even there is war and so much drama in the Middle East. Arab Idol keeps us together. In the music we connect, the candidats are young and full of joy. Abdelkarim Hamdan (Syria) and Mohamed Assaf (Palestina) are the candidats that bring joy to their countries. Arab Idol is not a political game; its all about the music and the happiness in it.

Arab Idol 31 may and 1 june: WHAT HAPPENED?

Again it was amazing. The dresses, the singers, the judges, the songs, everything was GOOD!
Cheb Khaled, King of Rai had the honour to open the show. He sang 'C'est La Vie' from his latest album c'est la vie. With a lot of dancers he was on stage. Nancy Ajram and Ragheb Alama were singing with the King Of Rai. After his performance the judges give Cheb Khaled a shoutout for his career and contribution to the whole music world. Cheb Khaled is an artist on a worldwide stage! Everywhere in the world knows him. I hope that he will sing forever! Ahlam Al Shamsi said something remarkable; she congratulated Cheb Khaled on his new baby boy. In 2012 Khaleds wife Samira give birth to the fourth daughter Jannah and now they have a mini Khaled!

Abdelkarim Hamdan; Syrian Star

So sad that you left Arab Idol. Youre not the winner but you are a star with a great voice. Syria is proud of you! Keep  singing and smiling. Bravo Abdelkarim Hamdan

Yesterday Abdelkarim Hamdan left Arab Idol. He did not get enough votes for the next round. After hearing the sad news Abdelkarim was smiling like always. He was in the danger zone with Ziad Khoury (lebanon) and Ahmed Gamal (Egypt). They were nervous and even Ahmed cried a little. They were so close to the final. Sadly Abdelkarim didn't get enough votes and Ziad and Ahmed are still in the competition.

 The judges reacted sadly and wished him all the luck. Ragheb said that because of the problems in Syria, he didnt get enough votes. But still Syria can be proud of him. He represented his country very good. The only Syrian in the race is Farrah Yousef, after hearing that Abdelkarim left Arab Idol she cried. Now its on here to keep Syria in the race.

Arab Idol season 2 is on tv every Friday and Saturday. Salma Rachid is Moroccan and I think that she will win this season. Her voice is powerfull and she has a calm look. Every week she blows the judges away with her voice. She is the winner of Arab Idol 2013 in my eyes. BRAVO BRAVO BRAVO

A week ago we saw Salma sing in Arab Idol while she was little bit sick. On the official Arab Idol Facebook she announced that she is very sick and asked her fans to pray for her. I pray for her ! Allah chafi Salma Rachid. we want enjoy her voice for a long time
